Mrs. Cholmondeley (pro. Chumley) is a daughter of Sir James and Lady MacAlistair. She is the twin sister of Selina Clare and younger sister of Augusta Brown. She made her debut in Bath in 1803 and married Admiral Cholmondeley in 1805. She lives in the nice part of Portsmouth and doesn't see her husband very often. This is a happy arrangement. She sometimes visits her sisters but they have never come to her.
Belinda is a NPC belonging to Rose.
