The childhood home of Bee Rosdew. There have been Rosdews in Cornwall since time immemorial and for nearly as long, they have lived in the rambling poky house known as 'Roscarrock', which is made of grey stone despite the meaning being 'red stone'.

"The house is called Roscarrock, which we think means red stone, and nobody is certain when they built it, or why they called it that, because the stone is grey, but they were certainly Rosdews, and they've been living there as long as anybody can remember. We are near to Portreath, only a little over a mile--that is, we are up on the North coast, as far from Penzance as Falmouth, and Cornwall narrow enough that it is only half-a-day's ride to either. The house looks over the fields, with all the tenant cottages tucked behind the ridge, but from the second floor you can look right down to the cliffs and then the sea."[1]

Roscarrock is represented by Botallack Manor Farm, Cornwall
