An entrance hall leads back to a grand staircase
. Doors behind the staircase lead to the library, conneting to the billiards room and Lord Rotherham's study. The rest of the ground floor consists of a billiards room, Lord Rotherham's study and the library, where Robert Fitzgerald currently spends most of his time as a convalescent.

On the second floor are Lord and Lady Rotherham's bedrooms, connected through their dressing rooms, at the back of the house, as well as three other bedrooms to be used for children or other guests. The floor is mainly lit by the dome at the top of the grand staircase, which has a narrow terrace running round it.
