Held in Hyde Park on Saturday 11th May 1811, this was a picnic to which Miss Charlotte Tolson invited a few close friends, and some new acquaintances. Apart fomr Miss Tolson and her brother, guests included:

- Juliet Landon
- Damien Relmsey
- Rosalind Fairmont
- Marcus Fairmont
- Emma Vickery
- Elizabeth Dunford
During the picnic, guests observed an incident in which Miss Susannah Hutchinson and her brother fell into the Serpentine. They were rescues by George Hackett and Robert Vickery, the later of whom took them home in his curricle.
