His Excellency Lord Andrew Montgomery is the youngest son of Rawdon Montgomery II, the late Marquess of Eastborough. He is married to Amaryllis, daughter of the late Duke of Henley. They married in 1798.
Between the years 1800 and 1807, Lord Andrew served as the British Ambassador to Russia. He returned to England in 1807, when diplomatic relations were suspended following the signing of the Treaties of Tilsit.
