Louisa, Dowager Countess Parry was born Miss Louisa Barnet. She married Lord Loseley for love and they had three children: Lady Kirkfies, Lord Parry and Lady Phoebe. She is the younger sister of Constance Blackwood.
Lord and Lady Loseley (as they were then) were an unconventional and liberal couple who brought up their children to be intelligent and independent minded.
Lady Parry was devastated by her husband's death but time and an optimistic and pragmatic attitude has helped her move on. She remains at Loseley Park in Berkshire alone apart from when she is joined by her son where she takes an active interest in village life, does considerable work in the community, has many friends, and keeps bees.
Louisa is a NPC belonging to Rose.
