Welby House is located at 93 Park Street, Mayfair. It is the London residence of the Dowager Duchess of Welby, Miranda Rossington, along with the current Duke, Hugh Rossington. It is currently closed, as neither the Dowager Duchess nor the Duke are in town.

Daniel Rossington resides in his own rented rooms located at 10 St. James Square.
