Jhon

Jhon is Czech. He joined the boards in early 2016. His hobbies include surfing Wikipedia for obscure articles, writing poetry in his obscure native language, and listening to obscure music. Jhon isn't his real name. His real given name, however, is the Czech equivalent of the English 'John' or, originally, 'the Latin Ioannes and Iohannes, which are forms of the Greek name Iōannēs (Ἰωάννης), originally borne by Hellenized Jews transliterating the Hebrew name Yohanan (יוֹחָנָן), "Graced by Yah", or Yehohanan (יְהוֹחָנָן), "Yahweh is Gracious"'.

Pursuing a PhD degree in social anthropology, Jhon also has a certain knowledge of literature, history (especially that of continental Europe), and cultural customs across time and space.
