Lady Dorothea Freye (1728-1795) was born Lady Dorothea Grafton, daughter of Charles Grafton, 4th Earl of Earldom of Bridgeton. She married Sir James Freye in 1752 with whom she had three children: Dorothy, Simon and Madeleine. She is the younger sister of Julian Grafton, 1st Marquess of Raulings.
