Thomas Reginald Leith, born Mr. Thomas Leith, is the second son of Gareth and Arabella Leith, Viscount and Viscountess Banbury. He is a Lieutenant with the East India Company, and the ex-fiancé of Charlotte Tolson, and quite possibly the arch-enemy of Edward Tolson. He is a NPC created by Izzie.
