Damien was born the eldest son of Bernand and Jemima Relmsey, the Earl and Countess of Griffith. He was educated at Eton, wherein he was an extremely good student, and carried on to [[Cambridge University]], where he was not, ostensibly studying mathematics but preferring to direct his attentions to sports rather than his studies. He came to London after graduating from University, but quickly found life too dull for him. After attending his sister's wedding he embarked on a tour, going across the continent to Italy, Rome, Greece, and the like. He stayed there for close to two years, returning only for the birth of his nephew Theodore.
 
Aside from a few interspersed visits to England, Damien has spent the last eight years travelling the globe - going to Egypt, the Caribbean, even as far as India and most of Asia. Whilst travelling, Damien had grown to become one of England's forefront investors, playing the the stocks and shares of the world, and bringing a fortune back to England, and with that, to himself.
 
Now, answering (finally) a missive from his sister, Damien has decided to join London for a season.
