The Barony of Thornley is a hereditary title in the peerage of England. The current Baron is James Reynell, a distant cousin of the previous title holder, Robert, whose widow is Demelza Quartermaine.


Since the death of Robert, the country seat is Tingrith Court in Bedfordshire, the home of James Reynell and his wife Anne. The heir is James' eldest son Christopher.
