Lavinia Astor

Lavinia Astor Dillard, Countess of Breckhampton, was born circa 1720 to the 16th Earl of Hopetoun. Her brother was the father of Andrew Astor, making him her nephew. Lavinia married Lord Breckhampton. Among their children was Henry Dillard, maternal grandfather of Ladies Katharine and Julianne Grafton. Thus, she is Kate and Julianne's great-grandmother and the great-great-aunt of Miss Katherine Winter, Lady Rosalind Fairmont, and Lord Foxford.
