Viscountcy of Saltash
The Viscountcy of Saltash was created after the Battle of Ramillies (23 May 1706). The seat is Fallbrooke House, near Andover in Hampshire. Previous holders of the title are:
John Vickery, (b. 1686, created 1st Viscount Saltash after the Battle of Ramillies 1706, d. 1745)
William Vickery (b. 1715 - became 2nd Viscount Saltash in 1745, d. 1783. Fought at Dettingen.)
The current holder is James Vickery, who acceded to the title in 1783, his elder brother having predeceased their father by two years.
