Mr Turner is a former stray. After he and John Bartram adopted each other, Mr Turner now considers himself a domestic shorthair. He currently lives in Bartram House, and spends his time threatening mice in the kitchen, exploring the house, looking out the window to catch sight of Berenike for staring contests, napping, winning treats from anyone who will give them to him.
