Miranda Cordelia Rossington, born Lady Miranda Redgrave, is the Dowager Duchess of Welby, and the widow of Theodore Rossington, the 6th Duke of Welby. She is the mother of Hugh Rossington and Daniel Rossington, and the grandmother of Madalene Rossington. She is a NPC created by Izzie.
