(The Honourable) Mr Felton Harper is a foppish eighteen-year-old heir to a particularly ancient Baronetcy. His father is Sir Evan Harper and his mother Lady Barbara, sister to Mrs Billington of the infamous card parties.
He has one sister, Diana Harper and is hosted this season by his paternal aunt and uncle, the Harpers.
