Background
Chloë was born in Yorkshire on May 16, 1788 as the fifth child and first daughter of uptown citizen and judge, Christopher Callaghan and his wife Camille. Beforehand, the couple had four sons to lead the family onwards and a daughter seemed a somewhat perfect last touch.
Being the youngest of five and the only daughter, it is not surprising that the girl has been doted upon. Her parents have given her much, books, instruments, evening gowns and such, but it has never really got to her head. Most likely because Chloë has four brothers to keep her down to earth. All in all, she has never really missed anything she needed or wanted.
Chloë's relationship to her family is very strong. She comes from a warm family and she considers her brothers her best friends, her mother her idol and her father the most caring man alive. She has always enjoyed life in York Shire though at times been a bit dreamy and longed for London and seeing as she has now found the man her parents believe to be perfect for her, James Hillbank, who is indeed a fine man and of a fine family, she is spending the Spring time in London before returning to an Autumn wedding.
