De Grave House is the London townhouse of the Baron de Grave.

Residents The current residents are Baron de Grave, Robin Grenfell, his mother the Baroness de Grave, Matilda Grenfell, his paternal aunt by marriage, Sophronia, Lady de Grave, his paternal uncle, Piers Grenfell, his paternal aunt, Sybilla Grenfell and his materal uncle, Phineas Bartley.

Servants Servants of note include footman Chandler (mistakenly labelled 'Cooper' by Matilda Grenfell) and butler, Andrew Marsh. Andrew to Tilly, Marsh to everyone else.
