Family
Elizabeth, or Ella, as she is known to her family and friends, is the only child of Felix and Isabel Chatswick. She is married to Richard Landon, and will be the 5th Marchioness of Beningborough upon the death of the current Marchioness.
Childhood (1790-1808)
As her parent's only child, Ella grew up in a loving environment, and was given the best of everything that her parents could afford. She had tutors in every subject she could desire, and grew into an intelligent, if quiet, young lady. She made her debut in 1808.
Debut (1808)
Ella's debut was an event put on by her mother - against Ella's wishes, a large Ball was held for Ella's debut. Despite the praise that Ella received for her upbringing, grace and good manners, she received no proposals from any of her suitors, who perhaps thought that she was too quiet and too demure.
Marriage (1810-present)
Much to everyone's surprise, Ella did not marry a gentleman close to her own temperament - instead, she found herself being courted by the rakish Richard Landon, eldest son of the Marquess of Beningborough. While Richard may have appeared to be a rake within society, Ella quickly learned that he didn't really have the personality for it, and tentatively accepted his proposal which came two months into her third season. The loud, rambunctious Landon family welcomed Ella into their family with open arms, and while she is often overwhelmed by the size and loudness of her new family, she cannot help but feel happy to be surrounded by so many family members, as she grew up with so few.
