Sir Jolyon Porter, Bt, is an elderly member of White's who is infamous for spending all his time half-asleep in the coffee room, occasionally interjecting somnolently into other people's conversations, an anecdote told by Kenward Asquith.
He is an NPC who may be used by anyone.
