Andrew Fitzgerald, 20th Earl of Rotherham (1724-1789) married The Honourable Miss Henrietta Langley, second daughter of Lord Langley of Tintwhistle. They had two sons, Richard, the current Lord Rotherham and John Fitzgerald.
After Henrietta's death, he then married Miss Jane Derby in 1758. This union had three offspring, Maria, Anne and Andrew.
Andrew was responsible for the building of the current Rotherham Park and the improvement and modernisation of the estate.
