Francesca Palmer, born Lady Francesca Grafton, is the daughter of the first Marquess of Raulings and the wife of Mr. Barnaby Palmer. She is the younger sister of the current Marquess of Raulings, the twin sister of Miranda Rossington, and the older sister of Annabella Crane. She is also the mother of Jemima Palmer and Cecily Palmer, and is the cousin of Madeleine Fitzgerald, the Countess of Rotherham.
