The Honourable Katherine Cecily Powell is the only daughter of Lewis Powell and Celia Powell, Viscount and Viscountess Burnham. She is Juliet Landon's cousin, and is a NPC created by Izzie.
As with all NPCs, the PB for this character is only tentative, and can be used for an actual character.
Appearances in The London Life
To date, Katherine has only appeared once in The London Life, in an unpublished fanfiction written by Izzie in December 2009. There are some plans to bring the Powell family into the London Life Community.
