Celia Augusta Powell, born Lady Celia Landon, is the daughter of the Nicholas Landon and Augusta Landon, the 3rd Marquess and Marchioness of Beningborough. She is the paternal aunt of Juliet Landon, and is a NPC created by Izzie.
As with all NPCs, the PB for this character is only tentative, and can be used for an actual character.

Biography
The only daughter of Nicholas and Augusta Landon, Celia grew up in a slightly troubled household. As her parents bickered their way through their marriage, she spent a great deal of time alone, as her brother tended to spend a lot of time in the library. While her mother did try to spend time with Celia, she often felt neglected, and grew up to be a very quiet young lady who was quite accomplished at needlework. Her debut was rather uneventful, and she married Lewis Powell in 1785. Following her marriage, she became estranged from her family, rarely seeing or contacting her parents or brother. Their first child, Lydia Powell, was born in 1793 after 8 years of trying to conceive a child. She was quickly followed by her sister, Katherine Powell, in 1795. Tragedy struck in 1800, however, when Lydia was killed in a riding accident. Since then, Celia has become fiercely overprotective of Katherine, worried for her safety at all times. Her brother, Edmond, has tried to re-conciliate with his sister, though Celia is wary to accept such an offer.

To date, Celia has only appeared once in The London Life, in an unpublished fanfiction written by Izzie in December 2009. There are some plans to bring the Powell family into the London Life Community.
