The Honourable Lucas Abberton is the third son of Godfrey, Earl of Mersea and Elizabeth Abberton. He is the younger brother of Leo Abberton, the current Earl. His other siblings are Harold, Charlotte, Augustus, Helen as well as half-siblings, Xavier and Veronique.
Lucas is clever, charming, a little bit cynical, and has lots of friends to sponge off; he makes an excellent addition to any dinner or house party. However, he has tried multiple careers and none of them have "stuck". How he intends to live long term is anyone's idea. He jokes about marrying an heiress one day but shows no signs of actually doing so. Ladies love to flirt with him but have not so far been inclined to fall passionately in love with him.
