Mary Cruikshank is the 46-year old Countess of Coke, wife of Charles, the Earl of Coke and mother to three married daughters and a married son -- and proud grandmother to two. She is moderately intelligent, bright and always warmly and somewhat irreverently merry with everyone. She and her husband of thirty years remain happily married.
She was a close friend of Elise duBois, first wife of the 4th Duke of Leighton -- and definitely not a fan of his flighty second wife, Sophia. She and her husband are friends with, and like to think they keep a close eye on, the current duke Nicholas Gosling.
