Barnaby Palmer

Mr. Barnaby Palmer (born 1752) is the father of played character Jemima Palmer and NPC Cecily Palmer. He is married to NPC Francesca Palmer. He is an extremely wealthy landowner, but his fortune is, to his eldest daughter's great disappointment, a fairly recent development, going back only two generations or so.
