Rotherham Park
Rotherham Park is the principal seat of the Earls of Rotherham and is currently inhabited by the 21st Earl, Richard Fitzgerald and his family.
There is a beautiful set of formal gardens to the rear of the house, which is surrounded by extensive parkland, including a large wooded area, a lake and a river. The house is about six miles from the market town of Rotherham, which is owned by the family. The estate also borders Applebrook, home of Sir William Devenish. The current Lord Rotherham is responsible for the purchase of several acres of land from Sir William to help him through a period of recent financial difficulties.
