Katherine Cecily Powell, born Lady Katherine Powell, is the only daughter of Lewis Powell and Celia Powell, Viscount and Viscountess of Burnham. She is Juliet Landon's cousin, and is a NPC created by Izzie.

To date, Celia has only appeared once in The London Life, in an unpublished fanfiction written by Izzie in December 2009. There are some plans to bring the Powell family into the London Life Community.
